1.       Chamber(s)’ refers to the hyperbaric chamber, mattress, 2 bolsters, internal frame, compressor and hose sold by Hyperbaric Chambers and Balanced Health Today

2.      Chambers are not authorized for use with oxygen in the United States.

3.       Chambers are not authorized for use above 4 psi within the United States.

4.       No claims are made as to any medical benefits regarding the Chambers beyond the treatment of Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS).

5.       The price listed on the Internet is the cash discount price. The normal price is 3.1% higher than the cash discount price.

6.       The Chamber is a Class II medical device and requires a prescription from a licensed health care provider legally authorized to write said prescription.

7.       Chambers are warranted for parts and labor for 1 year against defects of workmanship unless purchase of an extended warranty

8.       Refunds are made at the discretion of Hyperbaric Chambers & Balanced Health Today.

9.       Upon completion of purchase, meaning you have received the goods or services of any product by purchasing through our website , online or offline merchant account or over the phone enables Hyperbaric Chambers and Balanced Health Today to subject and bind you to all these Terms and Conditions.

10.     We offer a one year warranty on parts and labor which is extendable. With the hyperbaric chambers there is a 7 day money back refund on all chambers depending on circumstances. You pay shipping back to the facility using our courier. There is a 5% restocking fee.
