connect with every organ and every part of the whole body. If your
energy flow is restricted, blocked or feeling tense, toe wiggling
will help bring about relaxation and free-flowing energy. So start
wiggling your toes up and down 12 times.
Imagine that it is time
to get up. Here's how it goes. You are to imagine that you are not
allowed to sleep. You are to imagine that your morning alarm clock
has gone off and it is time to wake up and go to work. Then continue
imagining that awesome feeling of trying to wake up but you are just
so sleepy to do it that you want to fall back to sleep. Then imagine
more, imagine that you have to take a bath, gargle your mouth or
whatever unpleasant things you can think that you need to do when
you are going to work. The more unpleasant, the more you want to
stay in bed. Try it and experience how the mind through imagination
can make our bodies sleepy.
Another one would be
getting your insomnia treated with Hyperbaric oxygen therapy. This
