Glutathione-S-Transferase GST is the enzyme that attaches glutathione to toxins such as petrochemicals, solvents, fungal toxins, alcohol, lipid peroxides and antibiotics rendering them water soluble and thus capable of elimination.

In addition to organic coffee, “”Xeneplex contains glutathione to keep pace
with increased GST production.

Unlike oral glutathione, which is destroyed by the digestive process,
rectal glutathione is well absorbed.

Our body does have the ability to rid itself of the harmful toxins; however, over time the amount of toxins has increased so dramatically that our bodies have been unable to keep up.

Xeneplex suppositories were designed with this in mind and give our body’s the boost they need.
These suppositories contain glutathione, which is the “”master antioxidant”” the liver and lungs use to detoxify the body.

Not only do they contain glutathione, but also coffee extract, which increases the enzymic glutathione S-transferase that “”turns on”” glutathione. Coffee, in addition to increasing this important enzyme, also has detoxification properties all on its own, as it is able to dilate blood vessels and bile ducts to help remove toxins faster.

Background

Several uncontrolled studies of hyperbaric treatment in children with autism have reported clinical improvements; however, this treatment has not been evaluated to date with a controlled study. We performed a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, controlled trial to assess the efficacy of hyperbaric treatment in children with autism.

Methods

62 children with autism recruited from 6 centers, ages 27 years (mean 4.92 ± 1.21), were randomly assigned to 40 hourly treatments of either hyperbaric treatment at 1.3 atmosphere (atm) and 24% oxygen (“”treatment group””, n = 33) or slightly pressurized room air at 1.03 atm and 21% oxygen (“”control group””, n = 29). Outcome measures included Clinical Global Impression (CGI) scale, Aberrant Behavior Checklist (ABC), and Autism Treatment Evaluation Checklist (ATEC).
