Basically, an anti-radiation diet should focus on the following foods:

Lymphatic cleansing is essential for good health, because the human lymphatic system plays a key role in the wellbeing of the body. It forms a core part of the body’s immune system, and is also responsible for bringing nutrients to as well as wastes away from cells.

Diet and Nutrition

Food that we consume can sometimes help in the smooth flow and functioning of the lymph or hamper the flow of lymph in the human body. These food items also wreak havoc with one’s blood sugar levels.

As you can see, lymphatic cleansing is not just about what we can do, but also about what we should not do, or, in this case, what we should not eat.

In addition to the above, one must try and drink up to 2 liters of water everyday. If possible, one could drink warm water, for this can help dissolve certain stubborn waste products accumulated across various body parts. Indeed, drinking a lot of water is probably the most basic form of bodily and lymphatic detox.

Besides one’s diet and nutrition, there are several other lymphatic cleansing and detoxification methods.

Exercise

This is the best form of detoxification as far as the lymphatic system is concerned. The lymphatic system is responsible for fighting infections and it is important to keep the lymphatic system healthy at all times. Exercise helps keep the movement of lymphatic fluid at its maximum and ensures a lot of toxins are flushed out by sweating. Exercise also improves blood circulation, strengthens the heart and oxygenates cells. Exercise is indeed the best and most natural form of lymphatic cleansing.

At 8:00 pm drink another 3/4 of a cup of the epsom salts solution. After finishing off this drink you are going to want to prepare the olive oil and grapefruit drink. Pour 1/2 cup olive oil into your jar. You can add 2 drops of oregano oil if you are also looking to flush out yeast from your body but this is optional. Wash grapefruit twice in hot water and dry. Squeeze the fruit and remove any pulp from the juice. You should get at least 1/2 cup but you are really looking for 3/4 cup of juice. If you don’t make it to 3/4 of a cup top the juice off with some lemon juice. Add the juice as well as your black walnut and wormwood tincture to the olive oil. Close the jar tightly with the lid and shake hard until it emulsifies.

At 10:00 pm (notice the 2 hour intervals.. you can adjust to your schedule but make sure you leave plenty of lead time where you do not eat) drink the olive oil and grapefruit juice drink. You can take some melatonin or ornithine if you think you will have trouble sleeping. I suggest using a straw, placing the tip as far back in your mouth as possible, to drink the olive oil and grapefruit quickly. Try to get it down within 5 minutes.

As soon as you are finished go to bed and lie down flat on your back for at least 20 minutes to half an hour. Don’t get up just stay in bed and go to sleep.

On the second day of your flush (at least 8-9 hours after you drank the olive oil) in the morning drink 3/4 cup of your epsom salts solution. This will start your body flushing all the bile pebbles it has created as well as any gallstones that have been flushed out. Take this morning easy or go back to bed and rest.

2 hours after your first morning epsom salts take the last 3/4 of a cup of the solution congratulating yourself on finishing off 3 cups of that nasty tasting solution. The solution should run right through you and allow for your final voiding of bile pebbles and gallstones. If you intestines were relatively clear (they should have been) all you will see are these bile pebbles and gallstones. Most of the bile pebbles were created during the night when your liver and gallbladder shot out bile to deal with the 1/2 cup of oil you drank. Some of the pebbles will look different, they will be yellow or look harder. These are most likely real stones you have flushed from your gallbladder and hepatic duct system.

2 hours after your last epsom salts drink you can start eating again. At this point you may not feel like you need to eat and you could fast for the rest of your life. That well may be true but you should begin at least drinking water. To break your fast slowly start to add foods to what you are consuming. I suggest starting with juices as well as a good pro-biotic. Move your way up to unsweetened yogurt with active live cultures. You have just flushed most of the good, bad, and benign bacteria and yeast from your body. You will want to restore the good bacteria as soon as possible so that something else doesn’t take residence in your intestines. After your yogurt solid fruits are good to eat. Take it slow, your body needs time to readjust to eating again.

Protocol for the Liver/Gallbladder Flush:
Step One: You are going to drink 24 ounces of apple juice for six consecutive days. The malic acid in the apple juice softens the liver and gallstones. During this time you will also avoid eating protein rich foods, sugar, and alcohol along with drinking cold beverages (you do not want to chill the liver).

Step Two: On the fifth day schedule a colonic. This is very important to clear your colon otherwise stones may not pass on the following day when you actually do the cleanse. (The book also gives additional recommendations this is why it is important to read the book before doing this cleanse.)

Step Three: On the sixth day of drinking apple juice you want to have a very light breakfast. At 2 p.m. you are going to have a light lunch and on this day you will finish your apple juice early. (the book gives you a description of what you should eat on this day). Then around 4 pm if you feel you still need to cleanse your colon again, you can do an enema. At 5 pm you mix two separate concoctions. One is a mixture of four tablespoons of of Epsom Salts and 24 ounces of water. This is divided into 4 servings. You also juice the grapefruit so you have it on hand.

Step Four: At 6 pm, you drink one serving of the Epson Salt mixture, then again another serving at 8 pm. The mixture tastes pretty bitter, so you can rinse your mouth with a little water. This mixture dilates your bile ducts and prepares you for the olive oil and grapefruit juice mixture.

Step Five: At 10 pm mix equal parts olive oil with grapefruit juice (4 oz of each) Next, go stand by your bed, drink the olive oil and grapefruit mixture, and immediately lay down on your bed with your head elevated. For 20 minutes lay absolutely still with your eyes closed. (you will begin to feel the stones releasing and rolling across your liver). After the 20 minutes you may decide to fall asleep. But set the alarm for 6 am in the morning. You may feel a bit nauseous during your sleep time. This happens when your body releases toxin which have been stored in both the gallbladder and liver. Don’t worry, this is actually normal and signals the procedure is working. If you feel the need to vomit, do so, as this is a normal release of toxins. For those who don’t feel nauseous, don’t worry, you just may not have had as many stored toxins.

4. On day 7 upon arising at 6 am drink the third mixture of epson salts, then the last serving at 8 am. You will most likely find yourself in the bathroom by now, and if not usually by 10 am. Your first elimination will be the meal you ate from the previous day. Next you will eliminate mostly liquid, along with many, many liver and often gallstones.

Time to celebrate since you have cleansed your liver and gallbladder of stones and toxins. You will also see additional stones for the next couple of days of bowel movements. It is also very important to follow up your cleanse with another colonic or enema to ensure stones don’t remain in your system.

The liver/gallbladder flush should be repeated 1x monthly for the first 3 months, and it may take up to twelve cleanses before you are stone free. Also, a teaspoon of Olive Oil a day will keep the bile ducts clean and prevent new stones from forming.

Now, whether you are dong the 3 day or 7 day liver cleanse, the instructions are the same. On the final day, around dinner time, drink a cup of prune juice, this will help with moving your bowels the following day, you may also take an enema now if you wish. 1 hour after the prune juice take a good herbal laxative that you know will get you moving, we recommend this one from Blessed Herbs. Start taking it a couple of days before the final day, and then whatever amount got you moving, increase it by 50%, most people will use about 4.

Some liver flushes recommend taking Epsom Salt (or magnesium sulfate) at this point, do not do this as it is dangerous and can damage the body.

Just before bed measure out 120 mL (~half a cup) of room temperature, unrefined extra-virgin olive oil (or you can use more if you want, up to 240 mL, if you want a stronger flush. But it is recommended to start with 120 mL on your first flush as you may feel sick). Mix the olive oil with the same amount of fresh organic lemon juice (120-240 mL) at room temperature. Squeeze the lemon juice and mix both in a blender. If you don’t own a blender, shake the mixture well in a jar. Then drink it. Hold your nose and gulp it down fast. Or if you really like olive oil and lemon juice you can drink it slowly and savour the flavour :-).

This liver-gallbladder cleanse can be performed either over 3 days or 7 days depending on what is convenient. The 3 day method is more difficult to perform and also more inconvenient for many people who have to go to work or take care of a family, but it is possibly more effective as the bowel also gets cleansed along the way. The first part of the cleanse consists of consuming a lot of apples or apple juice, which softens up the gall stones which block the bile ducts which lead to and from the liver and gall bladder. The second parts involved drinking a cup of lemon juice and olive oil which causes the gall bladder and liver to flush bile into the bowel, which pushes out the stones and toxins.

If undertaking the 3 day liver cleanse, then the person should consume as many organic apples, apple juice and apple cider vinegar as they can. No other food or solids should be taken during the 3 days. Be sure that the apple juice is either freshly squeezed from organic apples, or if you are buying it already made, please make sure it is organic, with no additives, such as vitamin C or ascorbic acid or anything else. If you cannot find organic apples, normal apples should be fine, but be sure to scub them with a plastic dish scourer under running water to remove waxes and pesticides before consuming. When juicing the apples, if they are not organic, cut out the core, as a lot of toxins can be in there from the sprays.

If undertaking the 7 day live cleanse, the person should drink as much freshly squeezed or organic apple juice and apple cider vinegar as comfortable for the duration of the 7 days. Over 1 litre is recommended per day. During this week, do not eat meat, dairy or wheat products. Have no sugar and, if possible, stay away from coffee and cigarettes. You basically want to try to have only alkaline forming foods , This helps to detox the body. On the last day of the 7 days, consume a light vegetarian meal for lunch and have no dinner, except maybe an orange or grapefruit.
